Wealthy person's cost and poor diagnosis!

If there was a rating of less than 1 . . . that is what I would be choosing here. Attached is a letter that I had written to Veterinarian Kathy Vetter-Bisges, DVM that detailed what happened with a walk-in visit on May 19th, 2026. It was my understanding at the time of the writing of this letter that she was the owner. It turns out that approximately 1 1/2 years earlier, she had sold the business to Veterinarian Lauren Prenger. As you can see from the letter that it was written and then hand delivered to the business office on June 6th, 2026. The receptionist advised that Vet. Vetter-Bisges was on vacation and would be back on June 16th, 2026. I received a phone call from Vet. Vetter-Bisges who acknowledged that the experience was not quite what the office aspired and apologized for the experience but that as she had sold the office the previous year to one of her staff members (Vet. Lauren Prenger) and that she is just an employee there now. She advised that she would forward the letter to the owner Prenger. As of this writing . . . it has been right at 3 weeks since the attached letter was given to the owner (Vet. Prenger) and as of yet, there has been absolutely no interest shown by the owner to reach out to me to, at the very least, learn more about the experience and maybe find a way to correct the egregious mistakes that were made that day. If I were to have an opinion on the experience that day, it would be that the office is pricing themselves to accommodate the wealthier visitors to the lake that live in the million-dollar McMansions but also, without a care as to whether or not their diagnosis is correct or not. Beware! You may wish to keep in mind that you would have to get a second opinion after being monetarily raped for not making an appointment because of being concerned that your family member may not be able to wait for the appointment time.
