Yes. Clinic-posted prices show the date they were last updated. Prices from uploaded bills come from the past two years — so what you see is what pet parents have been paying recently.
How do I know the reviews are real?
Look for the cyan VERIFIED badge next to the reviewer. That means they uploaded an actual bill from that clinic, and we matched it. Reviews without the badge still show up — they just don't have proof behind them.
Can I claim my clinic if I own one?
Yes. Go to the clinic's page and click "Claim this profile" in the sidebar, or head to /for-clinics. Claiming is free and lets you edit your listing — hours, prices, description, and more.
My clinic isn't listed — how do I add it?
Most US and Canadian clinics are already in the directory. If yours isn't, owners can add it through /for-clinics. Or, any pet parent who uploads a bill from your clinic will auto-create the profile.
Is this free?
Reading every clinic page is free — no signup, no paywall. Pet parents pay nothing. Clinic owners can claim their profile for free too.
Does this cover emergency and specialty clinics?
Yes. Emergency clinics show a red 24/7 badge in the directory and on their page. Specialty hospitals (dental, ophthalmology, oncology, etc.) show their specialty tags on the profile.
